The Barrel is 21" wide at the top.  It is 17.5" tall.  The legs are 16" tall without the casters.
Comes with 2 locking casters, 2 non-locking casters.
Can be displayed with the lid opened or closed.  The lid is also removable, if desired.
Please look at picture number 3 on the assembly instruction page.  It shows what the inside looks like.
