This is a new old stock piece that does not have any chips, cracks, or damage. There's a spot on the rim of the lid that has bubbles. That is shown in the close-up picture. They are fully encased in the glass and I can't feel them but I can see them.
Although this is marked with a Westmoreland logo stamp, it was made by the, now defunct, Summit Glass company, who bought the molds from Westmoreland when they closed their factory.
