These are new old stock and have no chips, cracks, or other damage. It is a white milk glass duck covered dish on the wavy base, like wavy water. It is 8-1/2" long, 6" wide, and 5" tall. It would make a great candy dish, display piece, or whatever you like.
Although this is Westmoreland Glass with the Westmoreland mark on both pieces, they were made by the, now defunct, Summit Glass company, who bought the molds from Westmoreland when they closed their factory.
