    Note:
    This is a clear plastic bank advertising Sohio.  The Sohio name disappeared in 1991 when the company was absorbed by BP (British Petroleum).  This bank is from the 1950’s.  It is about 5-1/4" wide, 3-1/2" tall, and 2-1/4" deep and is shaped like an oval.  Sohio name appears in the center.  Both sides of the bank are identical and read: "SAVE AT THE SOHIO SIGN."
