Vintage Ontario Knife Co. US Army Vietnam War Jungle Machete 18" Blade

This is a vintage US Army Ontario Knife Co. machete from the Vietnam War. It has an 18" blade and is in fair to good used condition. It has an OD green sheath with it. The machete has some tarnished spots on the blade but in other spots it still has some of the original finish. The bottom half of the it looks nicer than the top half. There are no chinks in the blade edge but there are scratches and some tarnished spots, but no rust. The last 4 or 5 pictures show the condition nicely. The handle is in good condition and it's still held together well, it's a robust item. The quality is better than the flimsy machetes made now. The sheath has a 4" rip in the top end. It comes up to within an inch of the handle and all of the blade is protected but the rip would make it hard to wear now. Feel free to ask questions, no international shipping.
