    Description

    Old mesh hat with patch from Gravel Ridge Fire Dept.  This was before the Gravel Ridge community was annexed by Sherwood. These communities are near North Little Rock, Arkansas.  My pictures will give the best idea on condition.  It has wear and some stains but integrity of the hat seems to be intact.  I have not worn the hat and found it at flea market.  So don't know any history on it.  Made in Korea and is 100% polyester.  It was originally purchased (per back side of tag) at Magic Mart/Sterling.  Then patch was home-sewn on it.  I can remember the Magic Mart chain in central Arkansas during the 1970's.  I think they wear soon outdone by Wal-Mart and so have been gone for over 40 years.  Thanks for viewing.
