Georgia License Plate has some surface rust

used  plate, signs of normal use and wear.  Some scuffs.
Still is in fair to good shape for age. Overall straight with minimal signs of ripples. Lays Flat.
Has some scratches, surface rust, some paint flaking, scratches from box wear, storage and use. There is one metal snag on the very top edge of the Tag
above ia in Georgia. Doesn't impact the word Georgia. Could be covered by a License Plate Tag holder.

Tag in as found condition. I have not tried to clean or fix as I prefer to leave in as found condition and let Buyer clean, fix or repair any items as they wish.
