Georgia License Plate has very light minimal surface rust, light scratches, but still is in fair to good shape for age. Have taken several photo's so you can really get a good look. Nice Colors and overall Fair to Good Paint. Used License Plate, some signs of use, scuffs, scratches, tag bolt wear but in Fair to Good Shape for age.
