    Used but still shows well.
    License Plate has some surface rust
    ,
    scratches, dirt,
    used  plate, signs of normal use and wear.
    Still is in fair to good shape for age. Overall straight with minimal signs of ripples. Lays Flat.
    No extra holes. Has some scratches, surface rust, some paint flaking, scratches from box wear, storage and use.
    Just try to call anything I may see.
    Tag in as found condition. I have not tried to clean or fix as I prefer to leave in as found condition and let Buyer clean, fix or repair any items as they wish.
