**I purchased a collection of restored YOM/DMV avaliable Georgia license plates. All of them were restored by a man in his early 70's in Marietta GA by the name of JL House. Any of these plates would be perfect to put on/register to a classic car. All are more than 3 years expired and all are original, non-novelty, state issued license plates.
