    Description

    Vietnam Era US Military Bayonet for the M1 Carbine.  Made by Bren-Dan.  Rumor has it that Bren-Dan was made by Conetta.  Mr Conetta reorganized his co under the name of Bren-Dan that was taken by the names of Mr. Conetta's  children.  BREN-da and DAN-iel. Very good condition showing some tiny nicks on blade edge (maybe 3 or 4)  Good looking grips showing some wear, use, good working press-stud ejector, pommel end shows some scattered light scattered rust, along with a brown patina on the scabbard metal. Scabbard is USM8A1 marked and made by WD. All is tight with no looseness.  Top of cross-guard marked, US with Model and Company markings.  See photos for further details, clarification, and condition.
