Description

This pitcher is 14 1/2 inches tall (8 inches from lip of opening to tip of handle) with a great transfer ware image of a monk with a tankard of beer, rye bread, and radishes.
There is a subtle cream to very pale yellow under glaze to the pitcher, in addition to brown and the multi-color transfer ware image.
There are some condition issues, including some small areas where the glaze is gone and a closed crack on the inside surface of the pitcher mouth that does not go all the way through.
