The bumper has been restored and rechromed . It has been rust-proved and been through a triple stage rechrome from a professional. I would give 70% for the condition of this bumper. Fairly straight bumper but the remaining 30% is for the waviness underside the bumper (see picture 2 for diagram). See video link in the comments to get a better look at the bumper.
