    Book Condition: Hardcover, dark green/black cloth, red debossed lettering to front cover & spine, and red publisher’s stain all edges. Covers in faded and worn condition and ink spots to back cover. Midpoint of cover/spine edge with splitting. No DJ as published.
    Interior condition: 2-Inch split at bottom of front hinge. Loose binding but pages well intact. Front pastedown has Osborn Owner tag applied, this being marked No. 1104 and designated to the Harris Automatic Press Co. Niles Ohio. Harris Press operated in Niles from 1895 to 1917, relocating first to Cleveland, and then merging in 1926 to become the Harris-Seybold-Potter Co. Pages are clean and sharp, with modest toning, and with very few modest tears/creases/bends noted throughout. Perhaps former Owner’s signature in pencil on back flyleaf.
