Store Tin Big Ben Chewing Tobacco Tin Imperial Tobacco Co. Canada Unopened Empty

This appears to maybe be a store display piece.  Big Ben Chewing Tobacco from the Imperial Tobacco Co. Of Canada.  It is unopened, this is a key wind tin.  The key still affixed to the top.  It is 4-1/2 inches tall and a hair over 5 inches in diameter.  Nice looking tin and very colorful.  Not sure, but looks like it could be a store advertising piece.  Unopened but is empty.
