Rare Regional Promo Hess - The First Hess Truck Toy Bank - Brand New Original Box ~ AS SHOWNUp for sale is a"Pre-owned, Vintage VERY RARE Regional Manager Promo Hess Truck Bank. Named " The First Hess Truck Toy Bank ". Brand in New Original Box. The reason that this Hess truck is so very rare is because it was sent out to only a very few top regional Managers. As I was told by my late Aunt Hazel that her late husband was one of these top managers. The regional managers where to give there opinion on this truck before it went into production and distribution. The major of them had a dislike for the dark mustard yellow color on the tank and fenders. Hess change the colors to White on the tank and bright yellow on the fenders. Please take a look on eBay or anywhere else you will not find this Hess truck in this color anywhere at all. I was told only 12 where made and sent out to the top Regional Managers. Been sitting in a closet at her house than she gave it to my late son in 12/11/85 for a Christmas present.
