Pair of Antique Chinese Fresco Paintings on Thick plaster, copies of ancient Tang Dynasty tomb paintings discovered in the late 19th/early 20th cent.
Painting shown measures 22” x 15 & 22 ¼” x 14”. Gilt & black rubbed frames measure 24 ¾” x 17 3/8” & 24 ¾” x 16 ½”. Heavy at almost 19lbs for both.
Most inside edges are broken/cracking. Some areas cracked & missing. Please review photos.
