Original Expired 1983 Georgia Auto License Plate #CCD-719 w/sticker

One original, expired Georgia passenger vehicle license plate.
Georgia 1983 passenger issue. Tag #CCD-719.
Registration/inspection sticker from 1985.
The registration consists of three letters and three numerals in green.
At the top is the year (1983) in green and the state name ("GEORGIA") in green capital letters.
In 1983, these new baseplates were issued.
They eliminated the outside border of the 1971 and 1976 issues, and featured a screened background with the date and state name.
These green-on-white plates were used through 1989.
In the bottom center is the county name (COBB).
In the lower right corner is a revalidation sticker (1985).
Good condition. Normal wear.
