Old Antique Vintage Chinese Wood Red Lacquered Chair Garden Stool Bats

Antique chair/stool .. good condition, but has some damage and signs of age/use .. see pics .. There is some missing detail at lower part of chair back .. also there is paint loss and bumps bruises around edges .. No cracks or breaks to the char/stool other than the missing detail already mentioned
Measures 20" across x 20" tall to top of seat x 32" tall to top of back
