New in Original Package ~  THE POWERPUFF GIRLS   BOBBING HEAD DOLL   BUBBLES
She is a bobble head - you push her head and she makes sounds & talks.      She requires 3 AG13 button cell batteries, which are included with this doll - in fact, the plastic tab is still in place on the battery compartment, which you would pull (remove) to test or "try me".   Since the toy is 20 years old,  I can not guarantee the original batteries would still work.
The toy is made by CARTOON NETWORK and TRENDMASTERS  Item No. 84900   Asst. No. 91397     There is no date / year on the package but it is from the early 2000's  2001 - 2002.
Cardboard package is curling at the top edge and the bottom corners.
