Antique Two Person Chinese Ming Elmwood Bench
An antique two person Chinese Ming elmwood bench with a classically shaped apron, beautifully worn seat and a superb patina, which brings out the bench’s fantastic coloring and wood grain. This sturdy bench has hallmarks of superior Chinese craftsmanship. The narrow top is made from a thick plank of elmwood and the thick “A” frame splayed legs are joined by double stretchers with mortise-and-tenon joinery.
