This is a Luxe Regulator pressure tester.   Very very rare
This reg tester will show your tanks input pressure and the luxes regulator pressure.
They come installed with the low pressure gauge. You can add a high pressure gauge also to the port that has the silver plug in it.
A great diagnostics tool for trouble shooting and input pressure checks.
These are very rare.
