LARGE LOT of misc. DOLLHOUSE MINIS/many treasures, some broken/missing pieces

For your consideration, an interesting lot of miscellaneous dollhouse miniatures to bid on.
A few items are imperfect--the two battery lights need to be fixed, the coffee machine is missing the coffee pot and cup, the water cooler is missing a spigot, the brass teakettle needs the handle re-attached and the resin fairy is missing her wings. There are several OOAK treasures--a handmade woven cat bed/tent, a handmade rustic wooden dollhouse for the dollhouse, a handmade tufted floor cushion, custom framed portraits and some cake and cookie plates.
Examine photos for details. These minis are in various scales ranging from 1:24 to 1:12. The quarter is for size comparison, not included in the lot.
Except for the above described items with broken/missing pieces everything is in excellent condition from a smoke free home.
