No shoulder straps and no Waist Belt.
Condition of the pack is Excellent.   The lid cover retains nearly all of its rubber liner.   NO holes, No rips, No tears.  ALL the snaps and buckles present and functioning.   Some writing on the back top pocket where the frame goes in as pictured.  It is in really nice condition as the pictures will attest to.
