No shoulder straps and no Waist Belt.
Condition of the pack is Excellent.   The lid cover retains nearly all of its rubber liner.   NO holes, No rips, No tears.  ALL the snaps and buckles present and functioning. The pack retains  its nylon sheen.  Some writing on large middle pocket as pictured.  It is in really nice condition as the pictures will attest to.
