Large 12” German Stoneware Grey/Blue Beer Pitcher Tankard Drinking Scenes

German blue and grey salt glaze stoneware beer pitcher with reliefs of drinking and dancing scenes as well as a floral decorative border around the base of the pitcher. Beautiful cobalt blue details throughout.
The pitcher measures 12 “ in height to the top by 4 1/2" in diameter at the base with a 3” opening with a number '5' embossed on the bottom as well as the number 673. Measured approximately 7” at the widest part.
Condition is very good with minor scuff marks around pitcher mouth. Apart from that the pitcher has one small chip in the top rim detail shown in the second to last picture but no cracks. Very little wear and cobalt blue details nice and bright.
Add to your collection or use as a vase for tall flowers. Great for lilacs.
