    Description

    This photo from Hilo July 3-4th 1940.  Some have writing on back some do not but all from the same developed roll #115 stamped on back.  If anything written on back I will have a pic of back in listing.
    Vintage
    Hawaii photo from 1940  US Navy Sailors collection.  He was serving on the USS Detroit which left San Diego for Pearl Harbor in summer of 1940 part of a fleet.  Then anchored at Lahaina Roads, taking the train from Lahania to  Wailuku.  Left Maui for Hilo Hawaii arriving July 3 and sailors were in the July 4th Hilo Parade.    I do not have his name.
