Plate is the third plate in The Sound of Music Series, and is called "My Favorite Things"
The name "T. CRNKOVICH" is printed on the front of the plate
The back of the plate has the "1854 Edwin M. Knowles North America's Oldest Name in Fine China" stamp on it
This plate is dated 1986 and this is plate number 87D
The back of the plate reads, "The Sound of Music Series, the only collector's plate series to commemorate this beloved musical. Endorsed by the estates of Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II. Painted exclusively for this limited edition by T. Crnkovich and fired on fine china by Edwin M. Knowles. Strictly limited to a firing period not to exceed 150 days. Released by (2 signatures) and the estates of Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse".

This plate is in EXCELLENT condition; its only flaw is slight discoloration on the underside of the plate. No chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs! You cannot see the underside discoloration when looking at the plate from the front. Original box is not included. See pictures for more details.
