Beautiful dress Fire Captain’s visor hat from The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with the letters S.N.K.V.F.D. on cap badge. In size seven to 7 ¼ with an adjustment band inside to fit. With a beautiful black velvet hat band with “FD” hat buttons. I am no expert in fire department uniforms & have no idea what these letters stand for? Got it years ago at a collectors show in LA.
