Condition is "Used". Tiger Chewing Tobacco 5 Cent Packages Large Tin Canister.  Measures: approx.1 foot high by 8 1/2 inches in diameter. Canister held 5 pounds of 48 packages of 5 cent tobacco. Some of the paint has worn off, the lid is in rough shape.
