Antique Phinney Walker One Day Mirror Clock

Antique Phinney Walker stem-wound, rear-view mirror-mounted, one day automobile clock.  Stem turns hands freely and winds clock spring, but I do not know if the clock works.  I do not want to over-wind spring and assume that it needs cleaning and lubrication.  Clock face, numbers and hands are in very good condition.  There are some flecks of mirror reflector paint missing and one small chip in the glass in the upper right corner of the face, but the tinted mirror seems very good and relatively scratch-free for its age.  No mounting bracket.  Fast, free, insured USPS shipping.  Please, ask any questions before bidding.  Thanks for looking.
