ANTIQUE HUGE 1920's WOOD & IRON SHIP'S HELM STEERING

EIGHT SPOKE 44" MARITIME/NAUTICAL SALVAGE
This Massive Authentic Antique Solid Wood and Iron Ship's Helm Steering Wheel Has a Diameter of 44" and Weighs approximately 60 pounds. Originally produced around 1920's, the central sturdy iron shaft has 8 bolts ,and the keyhole has a 1" diameter. Over all thickness of the wheel is approx. 2 1/2" thick.  The wheel, which measures 44" in diameter is a beautiful dark brown, which has somewhat faded to reveal the quality original wood grain beneath. This huge antique collectible is in great overall condition, please consult images.
This well-made wheel would make a great piece of nautical decor. This wheel would look great above your fireplace' in your man cave, or anywhere you need a nautical theme. Perfect for restoration project or display! Great Addition to any nautical or vintage collection!
