    Description

    This antique Chinese Long Bench is crafted in Ming style.  The simple and straight lines used in the bench show the elegance of Ming furniture. Top of the bench is made with one single plank of wood with thickness of two inches. The bench is handcrafted and structured with wooden pegs and tenon structure, which is the very traditional craftsmanship for furniture making in ancient China. Circa early of 19th century. Original patina and wear. Made from combination of Zelkova and Elm wood with beautiful wood grain, the bench is very heavy and has been kept in excellent condition.
